About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent negotiation skills, strong market awareness, and the ability to deliver effective sales presentations that build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential corporate clients and understand their requirements.
  • Present and promote the company’s travel and lifestyle solutions effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage client objections or complaints.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance and financial data.
  • Ensure the availability of relevant products and services for demonstrations.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, events, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collect and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Consistently achieve sales, collection, and customer satisfaction KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably in corporate or B2B sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (minimum high school diploma required).
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office; CRM software experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.
