Role Purpose
To supervise and co-manage the implementation of the corporate performance framework to lead the creation of corporate, strategic, and departmental KPIs aligned with SANS strategic objectives and top priorities.
Co-manage the analysis of current processes to assess their effectiveness, identify performance gaps, and pinpoint areas for improvement to enhance overall performance.
Review insights generated from data sourced internally and externally, including organizations like CANSO, ICAO, and GACA.
Evaluate data and performance information to discover better ways to operate and identify new business opportunities within established KPIs, budgets, and policies.
