Job Purpose

Support with setting the organizational strategic performance management framework and relevant KPIs in order to help SALIC management define and measure progress towards the defined goals and objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and manage a performance management framework that includes KPIs and targets aligned with the strategic plan.
2. Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure progress toward strategic objectives and ensure that KPIs are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).
3. Collect, analyze, and report on performance data, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
4. Monitor strategic initiatives and projects to ensure they are aligned with the organization's goals.
5. Identify areas for improvement in performance management processes.
6. Recommend and implement enhancements to optimize performance.
7. Communicate performance results and insights to SALIC internal and external stakeholders.
8. Ensure that performance management activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
9. Perform any other duties required from the Line Manager.

Job Specifications

Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar fields.

Work Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience
