Your Impact

As Corporate Partnerships Lead, you will build strategic collaborations with multinational corporations (MNCs), major business clients, and travel agencies to drive corporate bookings and establish LivedIn as the preferred lodging partner. Additionally, you will forge and maintain partnerships with key online travel agency (OTA) platforms. Traveling to industry events, conferences, and networking sessions will be essential to broaden LivedIn's reach and secure new client relationships.

Your Role

  • Identify, engage & nurture new partnership and client opportunities, maintaining a consistent pipeline of high-potential leads of corporate clients (local and international) to secure long-term booking agreements.
  • Develop & maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, positioning LivedIn as their top choice for employee accommodations.
  • Negotiate favorable rates, terms, and incentives to drive corporate loyalty & repeat bookings.
  • Expand Livedin's corporate client base beyond borders, targeting global businesses and MNCs.
  • Lead contract discussions with corporate clients, OTA partners, offline travel agencies, balancing competitive terms and strong, long-lasting collaborations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for escalations, resolving issues swiftly & maintaining high partner satisfaction.
  • Strengthen Livedin's brand presence & stay ahead of market trends through active participation in relevant forums, industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and corporate travel insights to refine partnership strategies.
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Operations, and Marketing teams to align partnership initiatives with broader company objectives.
  • Coordinate with Product teams to enhance our platform's features, ensuring seamless experiences for both corporate clients and OTA platforms.

Your Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in corporate sales, partnerships, or business developmentpreferably within the hospitality, property management, or real estate sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in structuring deals and negotiating contracts with both local and international corporate clients, OTA channels, and offline travel agencies.
  • Ability to interpret data, forecast trends, and optimize strategies for maximum revenue impact.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to cultivate trust and loyalty among diverse stakeholders across different regions.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment; excels at juggling multiple priorities and travel requirements.
