Position Title: Corporate Finance Manager
Reports To: Group CFO
Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic and hands-on Corporate Finance Manager to lead and execute high-value corporate finance initiatives. This role will be instrumental in evaluating strategic opportunities, conducting buy out and sell off transaction analysis, supporting capital market transactions (IPOs, private placements), and leading due diligence processes. The candidate must have strong exposure to concession frameworks, buy/sell-side advisory, and deep financial modeling expertise. The role also involves actively managing investor relationships, ensuring consistent communication, and facilitating efficient capital deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end due diligence processes (financial, commercial, operational, legal) for investment and divestment opportunities.
- Prepare pitch books, investor presentations and transaction related documentation. Evaluate and model investment opportunities, prepare investment memos, and present recommendations to senior management/board.
- Support IPO planning and execution, including liaising with advisors, preparing documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Identify and analyze strategic growth opportunities, including M&A, partnerships, and capital raising initiatives.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and valuations for strategic decision-making.
- Structure, negotiate, and manage long-term concession agreements and government-related financial arrangements.
- Conduct detailed market and sector research to provide insights and identify emerging risks or opportunities and competitive analysis.
- Develop presentations and reports for the Board of Directors, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and external financial advisors to structure deals and transactions effectively.
- Coordinate investor meetings, road shows and capital raising activities.
- Communicate company strategies, financial performance and market positioning to existing and prospective investors.
- Gather and relay investor feedback to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Monitor and evaluate market trends, economic development, regulatory changes, financial KPIs, capital allocation, and return on investments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Assist in Deal Origination and relationship management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Chartered Accountant, CFA Charter holder, and/or MBA in Finance or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, and/ or transaction advisory.
- Demonstrated experience in due diligence, M&A, IPO execution, and long term concession projects.
- Strong command over financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial reporting.
- Experience managing external stakeholders, including regulators, legal counsel, and investment advisors. Proven ability to engage with institutional investors.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strategic foresight.
- High attention to details and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills with collaborative and proactive attitude.
