About the Role:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Corporate Communications
- Develop internal and external communication content, including press releases, newsletters, and corporate announcements, following guidelines from department stakeholders to ensure uniform messaging and consistent brand representation, enhancing brand perception.
- Foster active company participation and representation in selected events to increase visibility and engagement within the industry.
- Create internal communication content aligned with HR and change management guidelines, establishing transparent channels for employee feedback to improve satisfaction and engagement.
- Proofread and review translations (Arabic, English, and others) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to language standards and messaging objectives.
- Collaborate with external design teams to create visually compelling materials, enhancing communication impact and professionalism.
- Develop and implement crisis communication strategies based on established policies to address potential issues and navigate crises effectively.
- Support the Marketing and Communication Associate Director in communicating the company's vision, mission, values, and culture, especially during transitions, to align stakeholders with the evolving identity.
Public Relations (PR)
- Serve as the primary contact for external inquiries and media interactions to maintain a positive company image.
- Organize and plan press releases and conferences to communicate with the public and uphold a good public image.
- Manage media relations and requests to share issues, increase engagement, and add value to vendors and customers.
- Plan and oversee protocol activities for VIP guests, including invitations, attendance, and event monitoring.
- Oversee meet and greet activities for high-profile individuals to expand networks and foster relationships with media, investors, partners, and clients.
- Ensure internal and external communications are aligned and support top management's public messaging for consistency and effectiveness.
- Implement diverse PR, media, and government communication programs to increase visibility and positively position the company, ensuring alignment with communication standards.
- Advise stakeholders on PR and communication guidelines to ensure internal materials meet standards.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related business field.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
