We are looking for a Copywriter / Senior Copywriter who is a master of the craft, capable of flexing both long-form muscles and crafting succinct short lines. You will work closely with the product marketing, creative, and growth teams, stretching your content across the entire customer journey.


Responsibilities:


  • Create authentic and engaging content that pushes boundaries, sparks engagement, and inspires action.
  • Write copy aligned with our brand tone of voice and value propositions for video, social media, search, in-app, print, and email.
  • Proof creative work and lead review cycles with cross-functional collaborators (product marketing, design, brand, and executives), driving your projects to completion.

A Typical Day:

  1. Write "Obviously Awesome" content. Say the truth in an engaging way and move on.
  2. Work cross-functionally, balancing stakeholder needs and breaking down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideas with clear, jargon-free language.
  3. Regularly meet with customers and/or internal subject matter experts to gain accurate insights.
  4. Edit and proofread materials throughout all project phases.
  5. Develop and execute new creative concepts, including headlines, video scripts, social posts, emails, in-app notifications, and other formats.
  6. Contribute to the development and design of marketing processes and program management.
  7. Maintain sharp business acumen to ensure high standards in your work and confidently influence what matters most.
