An exciting opportunity is available for Coordinator, Hail Warehouse, based in Hael.

Summary:

Plan and conduct activities relating to the execution of distribution and logistics services to ensure the continuous availability of goods that meet the business needs. Monitors the quality performance of distribution activities.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Create and submit monthly activity reports detailing cycle count data, working inventories, excess/shortage inventory, error rates.
2. Assume responsibility for movement/storage, safely handling and control/monitoring of inventory levels.
3. Monitor adherence of outbound shipment routings to assign plans, includes freight forwarder, customs brokers and carriers lines.
4. Ensure the security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, system review, physical inventory count.
5. Interact and follow up with regulatory authorities, freight forwarders, customs for expediting duty exemption and customs clearance.
6. Conduct inventory checks by running and analyzing comparative reports on inventory balances daily.
7. Recommend, develop and implement policies/procedures in accordance with regulations.
8. Provide data and reports to help reconcile inventory discrepancies based on thorough investigations of transactional histories.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

1. Bachelor's or Diploma.
2. Minimum of 4 years’ experience for Diploma.
