Job Description:

Job Purpose:

This position exists to perform project coordination, customer coordination, and resource allocation activities efficiently, in a timely manner, and to meet quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and development goals.

Key Accountability Areas:

  • Coordinate schedules and activities
  • Prepare to place orders for supplies and services
  • Track progress and results
  • Document communications and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
  • Requires excellent communication skills and extensive knowledge of project management software

Role Accountability:

  • Delivery: Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per schedules. Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time. Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve related problems and escalate complex operational issues.
  • Quality: Ensure quality requirements are met to develop effective quality control processes, including specifications for products or related activities.
  • Business Process Improvement (Effectiveness): Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities where possible.
  • Compliance: Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures within the work area to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

Academic Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field.

Work Experience: Fresher to 2 years.

Technical / Functional Competencies: Work under pressure, research, analysis, MS Office, teamwork, time management, organization, communication, creativity, initiative, analytical thinking, archiving, customer service orientation, adaptability.
