Summary

Exciting opportunity for a Coordinator, Rassas Logistics, based in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance to more junior colleagues.
• Deal with inbound and outbound operations, processing information and documentation as required.
• Interact with internal/external contacts to manage information on customer orders, supplier shipments and product availability.
• Coordinate the ordering, distribution and tracking of inventory.
• Provide assistance on matters related to finished products packaging materials planning and management.
• Coordinate sales, maintenance and production order entry into systems and maintain vendor, supplier and customer records.
• Schedule inbound and outbound logistics in terms of establishing arrival terms.
• Prepare daily receiving, deliveries and shipping schedules.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• Diploma Degree.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the same field.

Knowledge & Skills Required
