Job description

Job Purpose:

To communicate with the Sales Team and departments to receive and reply to information tasks as required and to provide full support to teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a detailed sales/tender schedule, including administrative tasks and all sites involved in the sales/project.
  2. Follow up on matters taken up by the Direct Manager from all managers in the department.
  3. Coordinate between department staff and the manager.
  4. Maintain confidentiality of all works of the Manager's office.
  5. Assist in administrative tasks and recommend organizational or procedural improvements affecting administrative activities.
  6. Gather and prepare information for routine reports.
  7. Write dictated matters and formal correspondence.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Business Administration; a bachelor's degree is preferable.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in the administration field.
