CONTRACTS & TENDER SPECIALIST

Contracts & Tender Specialist with a manufacturing background is required for an established global joint venture. The role involves providing technical knowledge and support for the bid process and sales team, based out of Dammam.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. Reviewing information about demands and deriving supply and proposal preparations
2. Clarifying bid conditions and managing tender preparation
3. Monitoring bid management to ensure alignment with the company's requirements
4. Contributing to cost and price calculations
5. Coordinating tender reviews and deadlines, adjusting them according to customer frameworks
6. Handling the entire bid phase independently, ensuring quality and compliance with customer and company requirements
7. Coordinating and integrating all stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, third parties, internal divisions) for consistent technical, commercial, contractual, and risk inputs

Required qualifications include (but are not limited to):

1. Familiarity with RTP, GRE, or pipe manufacturing organizations is highly advantageous
2. An engineering background with a solid understanding of the technical bid process
3. Proven experience supporting tenders for EPCs, IOCs, and NOCs
4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to respond to multiple inquiries professionally and promptly
5. A creative, solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced and dynamic market
6. Excellent command of English and Arabic
7. Willingness to undertake business trips nationally and internationally
