Job description

JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contracts Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Your primary focus will be to assist in the negotiation of terms and conditions, mitigate risks, and ensure that all contracts serve the best interests of JASARA PMC. You will collaborate closely with various project teams and stakeholders to provide advice on contractual issues, assist in the resolution of contract disputes, and maintain thorough contract documentation.

As a Contracts Specialist, your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in identifying possible areas of concern and proposing effective solutions to ensure successful contract performance.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
