Job Description

As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee contractual matters for projects, manage all contract activities, and provide contractual advice as needed. You will ensure compliance with Masdar standards, maintain transparency, and support project teams in contract administration.

Responsibilities include:
  • Negotiating terms with vendors to protect Masdar’s interests.
  • Developing contracts aligned with agreed terms.
  • Assisting end users in contract administration.
  • Supporting project teams in day-to-day contract management.
  • Resolving contractual issues such as project variations and claims.
  • Drafting contractual notices and maintaining records.
  • Monitoring vendor performance and contractual compliance.
  • Managing contract closures and approval of completion certificates.
Qualifications
  • MBA or relevant Master’s degree from a recognized institution OR Bachelor’s in engineering, business, finance, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience managing construction contracts in energy, oil & gas, petrochemical, or related sectors. Experience in renewable energy contracts is a plus.
