We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a highly experienced and reliable Contracts Manager to join our top qualified and knowledgeable team on one of our projects in Umluj, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
- Monitor, supervise and ensure compliance with the construction and other related contracts of the project and advise the Project Manager accordingly.
- Prepare and handle all contractual correspondence and other legal documents related to the project execution and the construction contract.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations towards the Client during project execution and report to the Project Manager.
- Monitor and identify all contractual and legal matters occurring at project level and refer them to the Project Manager and, if required, to the Contracts Manager for assistance or further processing.
- Refer any deviation from standard forms of documents, agreements or contracts to the Project Manager.
- Prepare specific contracts and other legal documents with third parties based on standard templates.
- Review proposals from suppliers/subcontractors and prepare routine responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications from a contractual point of view.
- Analyze and manage business conflicts between the company and the Client or any third party and submit proposals to the Project Manager.
- In coordination with the Project Manager and Legal & Contracts Dept, collect and advance to the regional level all critical input related to specific litigation or arbitration (initiated or threatened) or related to extrajudicial settlements and liaise and coordinate for handling the matter.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying or in law (LLM, ARBIT, MSC, etc.).
- Overall, up to ten (10) years’ experience, of which five (5) years in a Contract Manager role, for large-scale, complex projects.
- Experience on mega infrastructure projects including marine projects in the Middle East region.
- In-depth contractual knowledge.
- Full spectrum of contracts management experience including document review, contractual correspondence, claims, arbitration etc.
- Excellent command (written and oral) of English; Arabic will be beneficial.
