We are looking for a highly skilled Contracts / Commercial Manager to work for a leading main contractor on large build project in Riyadh, KSA. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contracts related to our construction projects - Ensuring compliance with regulations and maximising the company's financial and operational performance. - Provisional sum experience is essential

- Negotiating and managing contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders - Reviewing and analyzing contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements - Evaluating and mitigating potential risks associated with contracts - Collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure contract deliverables are met on time and within budget - Resolving contract disputes and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation - Monitoring and reporting on contract performance and financial metrics - Staying updated on industry regulations and best practices related to contracts and procurement.
