Aramco Overseas Company UK Ltd seeks a Contracts Advisor for the Upstream Contracting Department. This role involves overseeing contract development, providing technical expertise, and managing negotiations with contractors. The ideal candidate will possess over 11 years of experience in contract administration within the petroleum industry and a relevant degree.

Job Purpose
We are seeking a Contracts Advisor to join the Upstream Contracting Dept (UCD).
UCD vision is to be a pinnacle of contracting excellence, driving business success through strategic partnerships, innovative contracting solutions, exceptional stakeholder value, and streamlined processes.
The Senior Contracts Advisor will serve as the primary representative for the Contract Proponent, overseeing the development and administration of contracts and managing all contractual matters. This role involves Contract development, review, commercial analysis, negotiation, internal and external stakeholder's management, and dispute resolution
