Job description

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the project and coordinating with other teams in drafting the projects and the budget.


• Facilitating in developing all project-related contract strategies and organizing the list of bidders and inviting the file for tenders.


• Performing all clarifications for contracts meeting and coordinating with the project department and smooth functioning of the project.


• Assisting the departments and evaluating various commercial and technical evaluations.


• Collecting and evaluating pre-qualification documents and reviewing the official documents of the applicant contractors.


• Technical coordination between project management consultants and contractors.


• Coordinating the tendering process, reviewing bid documents.


• Market survey for the best contractors and approve the final list of contractors.


• Establishing good working relationship with contractors.


• Choosing the best way to execute contracts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of civil engineering.
