Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's contracts and procurement policies and procedures.
- Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
- Manage the entire procurement process from identifying needs to final delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Monitor and track contract and procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to contracts and procurement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments related to contracts and procurement activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract and procurement management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in QS, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 17+ years of experience
- GCC Experience: 5+
- Strong knowledge of contract and procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
