Job description

Join JASARA PMC as a Contract Manager and play a critical role in our project management office (PMO). We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who will be responsible for managing all contract-related activities. You will ensure that our contracts support project objectives while adhering to legal standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for project-related activities, including procurement and service agreements
  2. Ensure that all contracts meet legal requirements and align with company guidelines
  3. Collaborate with project teams to determine contract needs and provide strategic input on terms and conditions
  4. Identify potential risks in contracts and develop mitigation strategies
  5. Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts, including tracking deadlines and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
  6. Monitor contract performance and initiate modifications or renewals as necessary
  7. Advise internal stakeholders on contractual obligations and changes in legislation that may affect contracts
  8. Support the continuous improvement of contract management processes and systems
  9. Provide training and resources to other departments on effective contract management practices
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in contract management, specifically within project management contexts
  3. Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills
  4. Attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying contract risks
  5. Solid understanding of legal terminology and principles related to contract management
  6. Familiarity with contract management software and database systems
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
  9. Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
  10. Fluency in English and additional Arabic language skills are a plus
