Job Description

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery, including planning and coordination, ensuring optimal resource allocation and effective controls.

As team leader, you will foster an environment of high performance, aligning team roles, skills, and behaviors with project objectives.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with construction and related contracts, advising the Project Manager accordingly.
  2. Managing contractual and legal matters at the project level.
  3. Preparing and handling contractual correspondence and legal documents related to project execution.
  4. Ensuring contractual obligations towards the client are met during project execution.
  5. Identifying and referring contractual and legal issues to the appropriate parties.
  6. Drafting contracts and legal documents with third parties based on standard templates.
  7. Reviewing proposals from suppliers/subcontractors and preparing responses from a contractual perspective.
  8. Managing business conflicts and proposing solutions to the Project Manager.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Law.
  • Experience with mega infrastructure projects such as tunneling, bridges, and rail.
  • Experience working within a tri-partite joint venture structure in an integrated project team.
  • Strong contractual analytical skills and ability to manage complex clarifications.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Site experience in UAE and KSA, with subcontractor experience considered an asset.
