Contract Manager

SICIM is a Construction Company established in 1962, offering services related to pipeline installation and ancillary facilities for oil, gas, and water transmission and distribution on an international basis.

SICIM is seeking a Contract Manager in Saudi Arabia.

The candidate will oversee the management and execution of contracts within the organization, handling all aspects of the contract lifecycle from negotiation and drafting to execution, monitoring, and compliance. Responsibilities include:

1. Contract Creation and Negotiation: Collaborate with legal and relevant teams to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.
2. Contract Management: Maintain a centralized contract repository, monitor performance, track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, and ensure proper correspondence in accordance with contract terms.
3. Vendor and Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships, address disputes or issues during the contract period.
4. Compliance and Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and stay informed about relevant legal changes.
5. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed contract records and reports for management.
6. Contract Amendments, Renewals, Change Orders, and Claims: Manage amendments, renewals, and change orders, including discussions with clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in contract administration or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and management software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office.
• Fidic knowledge and fluency in English (written and spoken).
• 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or oil & gas sectors.
