Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts for construction projects, ensuring clarity and compliance with legal standards and company policies.
Identify potential risks associated with contracts and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and compliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contract-related issues, fostering strong relationships and addressing any concerns.
Manage contract changes and variations, ensuring all modifications are documented and communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
Monitor contractor performance against contract terms, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Address and resolve disputes or claims related to contracts, working collaboratively with legal advisors when necessary.
Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, correspondence, and changes, ensuring easy access for project teams and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures related to contracts.
