Qualifications

Responsibilities

Our latest opportunity is for a talented Contracts Manager to join our award-winning team based in Madinah, KSA.

This key role involves maintaining communication with the client’s site engineers on all project-related issues, reviewing and implementing mechanical contract drawings, and ensuring compliance with building specifications.

Success in this role includes:

  • Delegating work, setting clear directions, and managing workflow effectively.
  • Excelling in pre-contract work.
  • Managing the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensuring contractual terms are followed and managing supplemental agreements.
  • Implementing cost controls and financial procedures as outlined in contracts.
  • Assessing and reporting on client variations and claims for changes from contractors.
  • Evaluating, measuring, advising, and recommending on the cost impacts of design changes.
  • Reviewing contractor claims, including time extensions, delays, and penalties.
  • Preparing change/variation orders and analyzing their cost impacts.
  • Making commercial decisions that positively impact short- and long-term results.
  • Building and leveraging strong relationships within the organization and with external partners.
  • Analyzing cost and value drivers for sound business decisions.
  • Monitoring performance standards and improving governance.
  • Identifying and developing talent to drive business growth and engagement.
Qualifications

**High Rise Buildings - Hotels**

To succeed, you should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a similar role within a PMC, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.

MRICS / RICS affiliation or qualification is required
