JOB PURPOSE

The Contract Management Lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the contract between Your Company and the Contracting Authority for the facility management project at the Kingdom's Airport Authority (KAIA) Aerodrome. This role will ensure the effective management of the contract to achieve the Client's (Contracting Authority) key objectives while maintaining compliance with agreed-upon terms.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

•Strategic Contract Management (Annually & Quarterly)

oAttend all pre-defined strategic management meetings led by the Client.

oCollaborate with the Client's General Manager of Maintenance and your company's executive-level representatives to discuss long-term contract issues like budget planning, service-level agreements, future-proofing strategies, and regulatory compliance.

oPrepare reports in advance of meetings, outlining budget reviews, strategic plans, service level plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.

oAnalyze and address concerns related to scope management and contract performance.

•Operational Contract Management (Seasonally, Monthly & Weekly)

oAttend all pre-defined operational management meetings led by the Client.

oPartner with the Client to ensure services are delivered effectively in line with the contract and the Client's operations.

oReview contracts and service delivery plans to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to agreed-upon standards.

oAnalyze and address operational issues like performance deviations, resource planning needs, and managing daily improvements (MDI).

oPrepare reports for operational meetings, including performance reviews, budget analyses, and operational plans.

•Continuous Contract Reporting

oDesign and implement a comprehensive reporting system aligned with the Contract's requirements and the Client's reporting standards.

oOversee the creation and submission of timely and accurate reports encompassing performance, general operations, financial data, and any additional requirements specified by the Client.

oEnsure reports are clear, concise, and utilize appropriate data visualizations to effectively communicate contract performance.

oMaintain all reports for easy access by the Client and facilitate retrieval upon request.

•Contract Administration

oMaintain a comprehensive understanding of the contract terms and conditions.

oManage contract amendments as needed, ensuring all changes are documented and approved by both parties.

oFacilitate communication between Your Company and the Client regarding contract-related matters.

oProactively identify potential contract risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Skills

QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Law, or a related field (preferred).

•Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the facilities management or aviation industry.

•Proven experience in developing and implementing contract management processes.

•Strong understanding of contract administration principles and best practices.

•In-depth knowledge of KPI and SLA development and management.

•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software (preferred).

EXPERIENCE

•Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

•Experience managing complex contracts with multiple stakeholders.

•Experience in preparing and delivering comprehensive reports.

•Experience working collaboratively with internal and external clients.

•Experience in a highly regulated environment (highly preferred).
