Job Description

  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, implementing corrective actions when necessary to maintain contractual obligations.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to resolve contract-related disputes and ensure smooth execution.

  • Prepare and present reports on contract status, performance metrics, and compliance issues to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive contract files and documentation systems to ensure easy access and transparency for all stakeholders.

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential issues within contracts and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
