Project Control - Contracts Advisor

Experience Required:12 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support on contract management, procurement, and project control activities for large-scale projects.
  • Develop, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers, legal teams, and stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct contract performance evaluations and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project control reports, including cost forecasts, risk assessments, and progress updates.
  • Support the development and implementation of project control processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure alignment between project objectives, contractual obligations, and stakeholder expectations.

Skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in project controls, contract management, or a related field.
  • Project management experience and PMP (Project Management Professional) certification are mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and project control methodologies.
