Contract Administrator - Real Estate (Riyadh)

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a leading real estate developer in Riyadh. The successful candidate will leverage FIDIC expertise and bilingual skills to manage large-scale contracts effectively.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare RFPs and tender documents.
  2. Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
  3. Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, milestones, and deliverables.
  4. Assess and validate contractor and consultant claims and variation requests, including impacts on time and cost, with recommendations for action.
  5. Manage contractual correspondence and support dispute resolution in coordination with legal and project teams.
  6. Maintain accurate contract records, prepare regular reports, and ensure compliance with FIDIC and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in contract administration within the construction sector.
