Job description

JASARA PMC is actively seeking a Continuous Improvements Specialist who is passionate about enhancing processes and driving efficiency across our organization. This role plays a vital part in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Directorate of Engineering Services, where you will identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and implement initiatives that promote operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Facilitate and support continuous improvement initiatives across Engineering Services
  2. Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement strategies
  4. Monitor the effectiveness of improvements and provide recommendations for further enhancements
  5. Prepare reports and presentations on improvement initiatives and progress
  6. Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote continuous improvement methodologies
  7. Support the development and automation of processes through effective data analysis
  8. Track compliance with established business processes and report on non-conformance issues
Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement or process improvement roles, preferably within a project management or construction environment
  3. Strong familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  4. Exceptional analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  6. Experience in leading training programs and workshops
  7. Proven ability to manage change and drive improvement initiatives
  8. Proficient with data analysis tools and project management software
  9. PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous
