Essential Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the pump design team to understand product testing parameters.
• Streamline company pump testing procedures in line with customer requirements.
• Conduct performance, mechanical and NPSH tests in accordance with the testing procedures.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to troubleshoot and resolve pump performance issues.
• Ensure all pump tests and procedures meet company and industry standards.
• Prepare pump performance, mechanical and NPSH test reports for customer submission.
• Present the Pump Performance activity in front of Inspection Agencies.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pump or compressor testing.
• Knowledge of centrifugal vertical and horizontal pumps.
• Knowledge of Pump Testing Standards (API 610 and HI 14.6).
• Familiarity with testing equipment and test procedures.
• Basic instrumentation knowledge for using flow transmitters, pressure transmitters, etc.
• Basic electrical knowledge for connecting lab LV and MV motors.
• Experience using VFD to operate LV and MV motors.
• Strong communication skills for reporting test results to team members and clients.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of industrial safety protocols and ability to adhere to them.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
