Job description
Responsibilities:- Sell esports and entertainment content on a short-term basis to targeted clients.
- Present and pitch content packages tailored to advertisers, marketing agencies, and large streamers.
- Identify potential clients, develop relationships, and understand their marketing and advertising needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth sales process and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on trends in esports and entertainment to position content effectively.
- Collaborate with the content production team to align sales strategies with client expectations and market demands.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Maintain clear records of client agreements, including deliverables and timelines.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
- Analyze sales performance to refine approaches and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in content sales, esports, or entertainment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and networking capabilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with esports, streaming, and entertainment industry trends.
