Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Sell esports and entertainment content on a short-term basis to targeted clients.
  • Present and pitch content packages tailored to advertisers, marketing agencies, and large streamers.
  • Identify potential clients, develop relationships, and understand their marketing and advertising needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth sales process and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on trends in esports and entertainment to position content effectively.
  • Collaborate with the content production team to align sales strategies with client expectations and market demands.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Maintain clear records of client agreements, including deliverables and timelines.
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Analyze sales performance to refine approaches and achieve sales targets.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in content sales, esports, or entertainment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and networking capabilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with esports, streaming, and entertainment industry trends.
  • understanding of marketing and advertising processes.
