Support Work Dynamics consulting projects, contributing to high-quality deliverables that address client challenges effectively.
Assist in the execution of the Work Dynamics strategy in MEA, aligning with global objectives and local market needs.
Support business development efforts by conducting research and preparing materials. Contribute to project teams delivering results in:

1. Place-focused strategies: portfolio, location, workplace...
2. People-focused strategies: transformation and change, experience, organizational design/operating model...

Assist in developing consulting offerings and value propositions.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with team members across different levels and functions.
Participate in regional team meetings and contribute ideas to MEA business initiatives.

Qualifications:
2-4 years in strategic or management consulting, focusing on people and place strategies.
Experience in project support and client engagement.
Familiarity with MEA market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
Willingness to travel within GCC and Middle East as required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interest or experience in real estate, professional services, or business services.
Ability to work effectively in teams and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
Fluency in English required; Arabic skills highly desirable.
