• 3 years Consultant experience in a Western hospital.
• Current classification as Consultant with SCFHS preferred.
• Fellowship or equivalent in Paediatric Intensive Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care in Paediatric Intensive Care unit.
• Involvement in on-call duties as required.
• Expected to work 48 contractual hours per week.

Job description

If you wish to apply for this position, you will require the following to qualify as a consultant with this institution, and as per the licensing authorities:

3 years Consultant experience in a Western hospital
3 years post specialist qualification experience from the following countries:
UK CCT
USA American Board
Canada Canadian Fellowship
Ireland CSD/CSCST
Australia & New Zealand (Fellowship)
France DES/DESC
Other European countries according to the qualification equivalence tables of the licensing authority the SCFHS.

2 year Fellowship or equivalent in Paediatric Intensive Care.

Current classification as Consultant with SCFHS or classification in process
much preferred.

The preferred age range is 45 - 55.
BENEFITS INCLUDED Salary: Negotiable
Bonus: 1/2 Months salary per annum
Contract Duration: 1 year renewable
Contract Status: Married (if required) Self, spouse & 2 children (to18yrs)
Accomodation: Provided free of charge fully furnished & utilities paid.
Ultilities: Free electricity, water, appliances and maintenance
Flights: Economy Class for family at start & end of year
Leave: 40 days a year + 10 days local holidays can be split
Study leave: 10 days maximum per year
Medical Cover: Provided
Transport: As required
Hours of Work: 48 contractual hours per week 5 days a week.
On call: As required within speciality
Start Date: By agreement and as soon as possible.
