About the Hospital

This National Guard hospital, opened in 1982, has expanded to 800 beds serving military personnel, dependents, civilians, and VIP patients in Jeddah. It offers specialist care in Anaesthesia & ICU, Cardiopulmonary Services, Oral & Dental Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Medical Imaging, Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Surgery, and Home Health Care. The hospital also features a state-of-the-art Oncology Centre focusing on Medical and Paediatric Oncology, with services including Bone Marrow Transplantation, Brachytherapy, and Outreach Programs.

Qualifications Required

Applicants must qualify as a consultant with:

  • 3 years of consultant experience in a Western hospital
  • 3 years post-specialist qualification from countries including UK (CCT), USA (American Board), Canada (Canadian Fellowship), Ireland (CSD/CSCST), Australia & New Zealand (Fellowship), France (DES/DESC/CIS/DIS/French Board), Germany (Facharzt with sub-specialty board), or other European countries according to SCFHS equivalence tables.
