About the Role

The Hospitality, Tourism & Leisure team is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Consultant to be based in KSA. Knight Frank is a leading practitioner in global commercial real estate markets. The team provides strategic advisory services including Market and Financial Feasibility Studies, Highest and Best Use Studies, Operator Search & Selection Engagements, and Operational Assessments. The team primarily advises (semi) government entities, developers, and institutional investors.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Feasibility Studies, a good understanding of HMA (Hotel Management Agreement), Hotel Financial Reviews, hotel P&L Reviews, and Asset Management. Excellent report writing skills are essential. Hotel experience is preferred, especially experience as a Hotel Financial Controller.
