Family Medicine Consultant will provide comprehensive primary healthcare physically and through telemedicine to individuals and families of all ages, encompassing preventive, acute, and chronic care. Will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, promoting health education and preventive measures, and coordinating care with specialists and other healthcare professionals. Additionally, you will be responsible for practicing population health management and value-based care, focusing on improving patient outcomes through efficient and effective healthcare delivery through specific care programs and clinical pathways, with an emphasis on delivering patient-centered care and optimizing health outcomes

Skills:

Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from an accredited medical school.
Residency training in Family Medicine from an accredited program.
Board certification in Family Medicine.
Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classification and registration as a Family Medicine Consultant.
Proven experience as a Family Medicine Consultant or similar role, preferably in a primary care setting.
Experience in practicing population health management and value-based care approaches.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and telemedicine platforms.
Strong clinical judgment and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with patients and colleagues.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest advancements in family medicine, population health management, and value-based care.
