Part of the Line organization, responsible for delivering Building Services Engineering across a vast 9,500 km² land area, including initial phases, landscapes, special projects, and the NEOM International Airport.
Candidates should have experience in Building Services Engineering from both consultant and client perspectives, familiarity with Civil Defence standards, process mapping, data analysis, and reporting tools. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, negotiation skills, and the ability to lead and influence are essential.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing Building Services strategies, supporting project delivery, fostering innovation, and establishing strategic partnerships. The role requires analyzing complex issues and developing innovative solutions to ensure project success.
Minimum of 25 years in Building Services Engineering, with a proven track record in stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. A relevant Bachelor's Degree is required, with a Master's preferred. Professional memberships or accreditation are advantageous.
