Job description

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
- Graduate from a recognized medical or equivalent higher qualification in anesthesia.

WORK EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Minimum of six (6) years training during which he/she will have rotated through various sub specialties including Pediatrics, Cardio-thoracic, Neurosurgery, Obstetrics, Intensive Care Emergency Medicine and pain relief.
- Must be conversant with epidural techniques, capable of instituting post-operative pain relief and also be able to manage unaided lists in General Surgery and its sub specialties, ORL & HNS, Ophthalmology, Urology, Orthopedics, Dental, OB-Gyne.
- Two years of the above must be as Senior Registrar in Anesthesia.
