Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Initiate and lead human capital, management consultancy projects and programs.
  2. Study the result of analysis of the gathered data by researching through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause.
  3. Ensure the best understanding of the client needs and project scope.
  4. Monitor the project or program team into right direction according to project scope.
  5. Provide the project and portfolio management continuously with progress reports.
  6. Provide advice and recommendations to the clients to improve the practices and to resolve the issues.
  7. Recommend solutions, advice and recommendations to the advisory team.
  8. Formulate strategic and practical plans to address the project matters.
  9. Assist in training and management of advisory and projects team.
  10. Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management.
  11. Monitor project timeline and governance model of the project.
  12. Assist in the development and integration of policies.
  13. Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and best practices.
  14. Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues.
  15. Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas.
  16. Review all project deliverables and give feedback to achieve the developing and standardization.
  17. Develop strategies and client-specific models.
  18. Oversee the implementation and integration of all project phases.
  19. Ensure that the operations and activities of the projects are efficient and in the best interest of the company goals.
  20. Assist in training and onboarding of new employees.
  21. Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, practices, and advancements in technology.
  22. Set appropriate plans based on the number of vacancies.
  23. Help the company to shape and create planned ideas or new business lines or models.
  24. Responsible for delivering all deliverables to the stakeholder.
  25. Conduct meetings for reviewing with the project team.
  26. Attend meetings with the client to ensure achieving consulting milestones.
  27. Conduct sprint meetings before any phase.
  28. Design the framework and model for each consulting phase.
  29. Build and boost relationships with clients.
  30. Qualify the project outcomes and evaluate the deliverables before submission date.
  31. Support business solutions if needed by advising in methodologies crafting.

Requirements:

  1. English language - advanced level.
  2. Equivalent certificate in change management, strategy, HR, or OD.
  3. Good knowledge and skills to understand and create customized reports and proposals to support business.
  4. Basic finance knowledge.
  5. Business consulting experience.
  6. Management proficiency.
  7. Attention to detail.
  8. Client interaction skills.
  9. Proven experience as an HR consultant.
  10. Experience in project management, preferably HR-related.
  11. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices.
  12. Solid understanding of research methods and analysis.
  13. Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (ATS, Payroll, etc.).
  14. Ability to strategize and formulate business plans.
  15. An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
  16. Excellent communication and consulting skills.
  17. A team player.
