CRD Careers is partnering with a rapidly growing construction company in Medina, OH that’s looking for an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven Construction Sales Rep to join their team on a 100% commission basis.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and close new residential and commercial construction clients

• Generate estimates and proposals for roofing, siding, and gutter jobs

• Follow up with leads, manage pipeline, and oversee job handoff

• Work hand-in-hand with production and customer service teams

• Become a trusted face of the brand in the Northeast Ohio market

What You Bring:

• Previous construction or roofing sales experience ()

• A self-starting mindset — you’re motivated by results, not hand-holding

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed (storm & project dependent)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
