1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
2. Over 15 years of experience in project management
3. At least 5 years of experience in stadium or sports facility construction
4. PMP certification preferred
5. Fluent in English and Arabic

Contract Details: 1-year contract with a likelihood of extension
