About the Opportunity

A growing restoration contractor in Northeast Ohio is seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to manage all phases of property restoration projects. This role ensures timely, budget-conscious project delivery while coordinating with property owners, subcontractors, and internal teams.

You will lead projects from scheduling to closeout, providing quality control, subcontractor management, and problem-solving support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with construction management experience looking for a dynamic, hands-on role with growth potential in the restoration space.

What You’ll Do

1. Oversee job schedules, budgets, and timelines for property restoration projects
2. Communicate with clients, technicians, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
3. Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards on-site
4. Respond to emergency service calls (on-call rotation)
5. Maintain accurate documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress notes
6. Track and report project status, financials, and risk factors to management
7. Build and manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors
8. Generate estimates using Xactimate, Xactanalysis, or Symbility

What You Bring

• 3+ years in construction/restoration project management
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and project coordination tools (Bluebeam, ProCore)
• Knowledge of time management, estimating, and budgeting
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with Xactimate or Claims Mobile is a plus
• Knowledge of project documentation and regulatory compliance
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
