Our client, a renowned specialist in the precast concrete construction industry, is seeking an experienced Planner to join their dynamic team in the Middle East. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects across commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage, and update detailed project schedules for precast concrete production, delivery, and installation.
2. Coordinate with design, production, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
3. Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
4. Analyse resource requirements and optimise allocation across projects.
5. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, providing clear project status updates.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in project planning within the precast concrete or construction industry.
3. Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project planning software.
4. Strong understanding of precast production and installation processes.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Previous experience in the UAE or GCC market is an advantage.
