Job Description: Civil Construction Manager

The Civil Construction Manager must be a well-experienced and results-driven professional responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within Saudi Arabia. As a key member of a multi-discipline team, the manager should be fully aware of the FEED & EPC schedules, site activities, and project goals. The role involves establishing and maintaining effective communication and good working relationships with other site team members, advising on constructability concerns, and actively participating in the implementation and closure of constructability action items. Responsibilities include managing construction activities, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, work schedules, and documenting actual hours worked.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate assigned work across different crafts, company departments, or other contractors.
  2. Maintain liaison with engineering, estimating, and planning teams to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  3. Monitor craft compliance with project safety requirements; document and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
  4. Perform additional assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including at least 5 years in a similar capacity with Aramco projects in Saudi Arabia, particularly in pipeline and cross-country pipeline projects.
