CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - KINGDOM OF


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Mobilize and prepare a site layout plan for construction and coordinate procedures.
  2. Reading and understanding architectural, structural, electrical plans and technical details.
  3. Understand and handle contract documentation, collective agreements and insurance policies.
  4. Check and ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
  5. Handle verbal and written instructions from the Architect.
  6. Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports in coordination with the senior QS and report to the Project Manager.
  7. Organize and direct supervised workers and coordinate division of labour.
  8. Ability to prepare the program of works on a weekly basis and ensure all working teams have a clear understanding.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  1. Relevant Civil Engineering Degree from a University or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience of 7 years in a similar role.
  3. Very good knowledge of English.
  4. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
