JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead our construction projects with excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the quality and safety standards set by the organization.


Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Direct and supervise construction teams and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and compliance with regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, architects, planners, and construction workers to ensure transparency and efficiency.
  • Evaluate project performance and implement necessary adjustments to maintain project integrity.
  • Ensure safety policies and procedures are effectively implemented and followed on site.
  • Prepare progress reports and present them to stakeholders and management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
