Job Description

Westlakes Recruit is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (Saudi National) to join a leading project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. If you're passionate about overseeing high-profile builds and delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Take full ownership of project delivery, including cost, schedule, quality, contracts, and reporting.
  2. Lead project development from concept through to completion across multiple assignments.
  3. Oversee scope development, budget management, and construction contracts for each project.
  4. Manage and coordinate consultant invoices, contractor pay applications, and change orders in collaboration with the Control Manager.
  5. Attend and lead weekly project meetings, ensuring documentation and progress reports are consistently delivered.
  6. Resolve complex construction issues and disputes with a proactive approach.
  7. Monitor project scheduling and cost control metrics to ensure alignment with delivery targets.
  8. Represent the client and company professionally in all communications and meetings.
  9. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple workstreams efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

  1. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience managing major construction projects.
  3. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  4. Deep understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, tools, and materials.
  5. Financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and making cost-effective decisions.
  6. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
  7. Preferred: Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager).
