We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety regulations and managing subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on-site.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.

Conduct regular site meetings to track progress and resolve challenges.

Collaborate with clients, architects, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Quality Control & Safety Compliance

Implement and enforce strict quality control measures.

Ensure all workers adhere to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Conduct site inspections and risk assessments regularly.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

8+ years of experience in construction project management.

Strong expertise in contract management, cost estimation, and scheduling.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in construction software (AutoCAD, Primavera, Procore, or similar).

Experience in high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects is a plus.
