About the Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the development and expansion of its packaging facilities in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects from design to delivery.
• Supervise contractors, engineers, and teams on-site to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Oversee facility maintenance, office fit-outs, and infrastructure development.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Report project progress and risk assessments to senior leadership.
• Implement strategic initiatives to improve construction operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 15+ years in design, architecture, and construction.
• Certifications: PMP and other relevant construction certifications.
• Residency: Must be a local candidate (residing in Saudi Arabia).
• Communication: Strong confidence and communication skills.
• Track Record: Demonstrated success in handling Saudi residential and office development projects.
