In our project developing in Jubail (50 minutes to Jubail city center, 40 minutes to Dammam ), we are looking to welcome a Construction Insulation & Painting Supervisor to our team!

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate all insulation and painting activities on-site, ensuring work is executed as per project plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
2. Monitor and ensure quality control of insulation and painting applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
3. Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors, to ensure efficiency and adherence to project deadlines.
4. Conduct inspections to verify the proper execution of insulation and painting works, addressing any non-conformities promptly.
5. Review and interpret project drawings and technical specifications to ensure correct implementation.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies throughout the project.
7. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of required materials and equipment.
8. Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and inspection results.
9. Provide regular progress reports to the project manager and suggest corrective actions for any delays or issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Insulation and Painting Supervisor in Saudi Aramco Projects.
• Strong knowledge of insulation and painting techniques, materials, and application methods.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and experience ensuring compliance on-site.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
